Torn

The world and christians. So different yet in the same situation. God, sin, Heaven and hell. What to do?

We are torn from this world by the blood of Christ and yet we frantically try to sew ourselves back. Like we think God is not looking. He is though. I try to tear myself from the world one second and the next, I am trying to mend the righteous tear because I am too different. Too godly. Too christian. Dont we TRY to be different in every other aspect of our lives than religion? Why not be considered different for the Saviour's sake? I am more than torn; I am guilty, unloving, and worldly. I am more than torn; I am unworthy to be ripped away from this world. I am only considered "Too Christian" by the grace of God.

Being torn is painful and yet worth it. Being torn from this world is the most painful gift I could ever receive. And God can do it to any of us. Let us be torn together.
